Dr. Pluss's Law Suit against Police Goes Forward!

From the NSP News Service:  But this is just the beginning, I tell you!  The wheels of justice move slowly, but they do move.  In short, the crux of the plaintiffs' case rests on the more-than-severe and multiple violations of the Civil Rights of Dr. Jacques A. Pluss and his wife, Ms. Jessica Diane Stephens, during the infamous travesty known now to some readers as "The Siege of 25 Heights Road, Ridgewood, NJ." At that time, a number of "law enforcement agencies" indulged in nothing short of "over-the-top overkill" when executing a search (and supposedly an arrest) warrant on the home of Dr. Pluss in January, 2011.
